| In aces and eights video poker, a premium
is awarded for obtaining a 4-of-a-kind with either aces
or eights. This hand will pay more than three
times as much as a normal 4-of-a-kind. Four sevens also
pays a premium of 2 times a normal 4-of-a-kind payout.
In exchange for these premiums, a full house and a flush
pay slightly less than in jacks
